This is a healthy recipe in my fridge and can be used with pasta, baked sweet/white potato, salmon or as a dip. Believe me- it has the goodness and yumminess all in one.
In a skillet or plan, gently warm the coconut oil. Once melted, add the garlic cloves. Give it about 30 seconds and add Kale. Cover the pan. Give it 5 minutes on low heat and then switch off the flame.
Transfer this and all other ingredients into a blender or nutri-bullet and blend. You can add couple of tbsps. of water or vegetable stock to loosen the mixture and help with blending.
That’s it, transfer to a bowl and enjoy this healthy recipe!!
